Kevin Scott, Managing Director

Kevin ScottKevin joined Richard Edward in 1996 and holds over twenty-three years experience in the print industry.
He became Managing Director in 2002 as part of the succession planning of the organisation.
Kevin is an equity shareholder, and is passionate about the printing industry. He thoroughly enjoys working closely with our clients to produce exceptional work. 

John Slayford, Operations Director

John SlayfordJohn joined Richard Edward in 1995 and has over twenty years technical print management experience.
John was promoted into the newly created role of Operations Director with ultimate responsibility for the operational running of Richard Edward.
John is passionate about the printing industry and embraces change as an enabler of business success. 

Richard Douglas, Sales Director

Richard DouglasRichard joined Richard Edward Limited in 1989 and has over twenty years client management experience, both in the print and card products areas.
He is renowned for his attention to detail, and passion for delivering and exceeding client expectations, and is particularly keen to introduce innovative methods to enable cost-efficiency and creativity.

Derek Eaton, Production Manager, Commercial Print

Derek EatonDerek joined Richard Edward in 2006, having gained over thirty years of experience in the print and production industries. 
Derek holds a BA honours degree in fine art, and is particularly interested in how the print medium lends itself to capturing the beauty and quality of original artwork.

Jamie Paget, Production Manager, Card products

Jamie PagetJamie joined Richard Edward in 1993 and progressed to managing the production planning and management for all of our card products.
He is responsible for all aspects of card production, including supply-chain management and performance monitoring and control.
Jamie works closely with the production function of our clients, to ensure optimum results and flexibility.

As an accredited Investors In People organisation, we are committed to continuous improvement of our team to ensure efficiency in production, excellence in customer service, and a pro-active culture.

We were the first London printing company to adopt Lean Manufacturing, and were delighted when 36 of our team gained an NVQ level 2 and 3 in business improvement techniques.
Our project management capabilities have been strengthened with Prince 2 qualifications, and our senior management team are working towards Masters level qualifications at Ashridge Business School.
